Change of Mind
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Faulty Products
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not working as expected, we’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund.
To request a refund or replacement, please:
• Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
• Include a clear photo or video showing the issue
• Provide your order number and a brief description of the problem
Lost or Missing Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived and tracking shows no delivery, get in touch with us. We’ll investigate with the courier and send a free replacement if it’s confirmed lost.
How Refunds Are Processed
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
